What is Soft Play?
Soft Play is a safe and fun children's activity that improves fine and gross motor development. Soft Play encourages tots to climb, crawl and balance. Our soft play packages are a great addition to events and birthday parties for tots.
What ages are appropriate for Soft Play?
Soft Play is geared towards tots ages 0-5!
Is Soft Play clean?
Absolutely! We provide the cleanest and safest space for our little tots. Therefore, we disinfect and sanitize BEFORE and AFTER each use. This includes sterilization of our soft play equipment, hopper animals and ball pits. Our tots health and safety is our number one priority!
How do I Book?
You can book Mini Tots by selecting the "Book Us" tab and submitting a booking request. We will be in contact with you within 48 hours to confirm availability and assist you with next steps. If you don't hear back form us within 48 hours, feel free to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a deposit?
A $75 deposit will be required to hold the event date and package. But don't worry, this counts toward your overall booking costs. You can cancel your rental up to 5 days in advance for a full refund. The remaining balance will be due 3 days prior to event. Please note, we do not hold dates or packages until a deposit is received.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee if your event is located within a 20 mile radius of 80104. If your event location exceeds the free 20 mile radius, a $50 delivery fee will be applied to your total.
How early and/or late can you deliver/pick-up?
The earliest we can setup is 9AM and the latest we can pick-up is 7PM. An earlier/later delivery or pick-up can be accommodated but will incur a $25 fee.
How far can you deliver?
We will deliver as far north as Broomfield and as far south as Colorado Springs.
Can I extend my rental period?
Each package includes a 4 hour rental period. You can extend the rental period for $50/hour. Please let us know at time of booking that you want an extension on your rental period.
How early should I book?
The earlier the better! Our weekends book up quick! But as mothers, we know how hard that can be, so we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance.
Where can Soft Play be setup?
We can setup indoor or outdoor! Indoor setups are year round. However, we only do outdoor setups May-September and weather permitting. Rain and/or snow will damage our equipment, so if there is either in the forecast, you will be asked for a plan B setup option.
Outdoor grass setups will have a $25 fee applied. If weather problems arise on the day of your event, we will work with you on a solution before setting up! If we're unable to hold your event indoors, we can reschedule for another date.
What forms of payment are acceptable?
We currently only accept Venmo and Zelle payments at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please contact us 5 days before your event. Failure to contact us within 5 days will result in a lost deposit.
Are there rules I need to follow?
Yes! Our main rules are: no shoes, no food/drinks, no sharp objects, no water/pool play near the soft play and no confetti and face paint, We will also cover these rules before setup. You will be asked to sign the following two documents before setting up. They cover our safety rules and our waiver of liability.
Failure to follow our rules will result in damage fees ranging from $100-$500 dollars.
