What is Soft Play?

Soft Play is a safe and fun children's activity that improves fine and gross motor development. It encourages tots to climb, crawl and balance.

What ages are appropriate for Soft Play?

Our Soft Play spaces are perfect for tots ages 6 months - 4 years.​ Our Mini Bounce House is for tot's ages 1-5.

Is Soft Play clean?

Absolutely! We provide the cleanest and safest space for our tots. Therefore, we  clean, disinfect and sanitize BEFORE and AFTER each use. Our tots health and safety is our number one priority! 

Can you setup indoor and outdoors?

We can set up both in and outdoors. When setting up outdoors we ask that the area is free of debris and flat. A grass setup requires a $25 setup fee.​

How do I Book?

Select the "Book Us" tab and submitting a booking request. We will be in contact with you within 48 hours to confirm availability and assist you with next steps.

Is there a deposit?

A $75 deposit is required to hold your event date. Deposit are non-refundable and we do not hold dates until a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event date.

What is your weather policy?

If you have an outdoor event booked, it is advised that you have an indoor alternative just in case. We DO NOT setup outside if rain/snow is in the forecast. Water can cause serious damage to the equipment.​​

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my event?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation you may do so at no additional cost, with at least 1 week's notice prior to the event.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes! Each additional hour is $50.​ We start setups as early as 9AM and our latest pick-up time is 7PM. Any pick-ups or drop-offs outside this window will incur a $25 fee.

How does setup and delivery work?

We will arrive 1-3 hours before your event start time to setup. We will coordinate these details with you as we get closer to your event.

There is a $50 delivery fee for events located 20 miles outside of 80104.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

We currently only accept Venmo and Zelle payments at this time.

Are there rules I need to follow?

Yes! We ask that there be NO: shoes, food, sweets, drinks, face paint, glitter, or pets on our equipment.  We ask that all equipment stays in the play area.​

 

Failure to follow our rules will result in damage fees ranging from $100-$500 dollars. You will be asked to sign our contract before we setup.
